It's actually pretty good as far as machine translation goes. For long complex sentences it can be misleading, but the use case here is to translate words and short phrases good enough for you to understand the meaning and enjoy the text, and for that purpose it works well 95% of the time. For the other 5%, you can usually tell from the context that it's not correct, and there's a popup/sidebar dictionary you can refer to.
