Not to speak for the GP but in addition to the Delaware Division of Corporations[1] in which February Won, Inc -- like many startups -- was registered (and where you have to pay a fee), there are quite a few public sites which attempt to aggregate this information, albeit with varying levels of accuracy. I initially thought I'd be smart and realized they'd be registered as a corp in DE, but didn't want to pay the money, so I checked their corp filings as a foreign corporation in NV and CA.
