Wolfram's rule 34?


Wolfram's Rules are, as I understand it, a sequential enumeration of cellular automata. Rule 110 was found to be universal -- i.e. it could be used to implement a Turing-equivalent machine as the narrator of the comic does. "Rule 34" is a 4chan meme.
