Original creator just wanted more help on growing it and is busy with a full time job. I on the other hand love the idea of buying SAAS businesses. This is my 2nd one. 1st one I bought has grown to low 7 figures in revenue. Not sure if I can replicate the same success but hopefully that's the idea.
