I wouldn’t say it makes you evil - but it sounds like you’ve reached a decision that you can tolerate those actions in exchange for a paycheck.

I don’t think anyone can judge themselves morally perfect, but I also don’t think it’s really possible to compartmentalize your association with your employer - “I only identify with the good things I like”.
