Make people play with good ping between continents, currently people have 80-100ms between NY and London, it's possible to make them play with ~35ms today and possibly as low as 25ms.

Currently researching if it's needed and if people would pay for this. Note it's only useful for gaming/cloud gaming, not for other applications.
