But take it easy, in Switzerland we want to trow 12 y/o into prisons for being (potentially) a dangerous person (terrorism), not for being a criminal but being potentially one in the future (not far away from a KGB mindset if you ask me)


I presume they must have done something like actually preparing a terrorist attack right?

It’s hard to decide what to do with children in such a scenario, but I cannot imagine prison is the best solution.

For that we already have a law, planing for a crime.

But that law really just means you have sympathy or contact to potentially dangerous persons, or you speak out stuff that could be connected to "terrorism".

They even invented a new Word for that (in Germany): Gefährder (a potential dangerous person who did not broke any law...)

EDIT: Actually it look's like 12yo don't have to go to prison but have to stay at home.
