I do DC buildouts (network) and got tired of being overwhelmed by the vastness of the new AI DC projects. It seemed like everyone was an expert, but no one was an expert of everything. So I built this guide to teach myself all the aspects of the AI DC, and eventually decided to put it online.

I hope you get as much out of it as I have, and I welcome any corrections or comments about the guide itself or the methods. Fair warning; due to the scope of the project, I had to use claude and codex (an ungodly amount of tokens!) to research, cross-check, draft and review all the material in this guide. It was simply the only practical way to do this. I can only really judge the networking parts, and they hold up, so I'm curious to hear if you spot mistakes in your areas!

fable is good at it but I find it uses the same slop in different variants every time. Even the words it uses for the different alternatives it proposes are the same (cartography, atlas, bench, signal, etc). At least you develop a good nose for slop ;) it becomes a struggle to steer it off the same path every time.
